Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, although make every effort to ship them same day when possible. This also impacts orders with express delivery options such as Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Tracked 24®. While these shipping options ensure a quicker delivery, it is crucial to consider our processing times.
Once the shipping service has been successfully applied to your order, we cannot issue a refund on shipping, even if the delivery falls outside the anticipated timeframe.
We have a dedicated team that works diligently to fulfil orders promptly, but there can sometimes be unforeseen circumstances like staff availability, transportation strikes, or adverse weather conditions. Please note that selecting an express shipping method (e.g., 24-hour or next-day delivery) refers strictly to the shipping timeframe after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Order fulfillment times are separate and may vary, especially during or after promotional periods when order volumes are high.

Customs Duty Tax/Clearance
The estimated delivery times for International orders, do not include time spent in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control if customs decide to hold the package for inspection.
It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and adhere to the laws of the country, in regards to Customs Duty Tax/Clearance. Each country has their own value threshold on imported goods, after which Customs Duty Tax is chargeable.

Tracking
At checkout, we have Royal Mail Signed For delivery options, and International Tracked. These provide some level of tracking.
Responsibility
There are a number of factors that can affect delivery times like national bank holidays and how busy the courier service is.
We cannot make promises on behalf of the courier service, but we do our best by dispatching all orders on the same or next working day.
