Eligibility for Store Credit
Any order placed by customers can return items for store credit equal to the value of the returned items at the time of purchase (excluding postage costs, which are non-refundable).
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for store credit, items must be in original, unworn condition. Items showing signs of wear, including perfume or cooking smells, will not qualify for store credit.
Non-Claimed or Incorrectly Addressed Packages
If a package is returned due to non-claim or an incorrect address, the item is eligible for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We’ll make reasonable efforts to contact the customer, but if no response is received within 14 days, no refund or exchange will be offered.
Exchanges
Customers are welcome to exchange items for another item or size. Please contact our customer service team at himayahijabsuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return, exchange, or store credit request.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, customers are entitled to a replacement or store credit (if a replacement is unavailable).
How to Qualify for Store Credit
To qualify for store credit or initiate a return/exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at himayahijabsuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving their order. Failure to do so may result in the inability to process the return, exchange, or store credit request.
